January at Wild Side means only one thing - Seville Orange Marmalade. At the risk of sounding like Bubba Gump, we have made: Seville Whisky Seville, Sloe Whisky Seville, Seville with Medlar Brandy, Sloe Gin Fizz Marmalade(with Sevilles) and now, as we come into land, six batches of simple Seville Marmalade. That just leaves Three Fruits Marmalade - Lemon Grapefruit and - you guessed - Seville Oranges! We hope you all still like Seville Marmalade.........
